Limewire is a client program for the Gnutella file-sharing network, not in itself a site. Another such is Frostwire, which is basically Limewire with some unnecessary bits removed, and which I recommend. Google for it.

Limewire is great for music but watch any other programmes or films. I downloaded 3 films and they were not what the title said. Bitsoup is good for films and TVTorrents for TV programmes.
On Limewire if you download programmes make sure that you have good anti virus as there are a few attached.
I just use it for music and that's it.

I would stay away from limewire, emule, bearshare and such as full of adware go for utorrent (google it) then download the stand alone file then your not filling ur comp with loads of junk and find files on www.torrentz.com its really good, the best I have tried

limewire is good..but there's a much more efficient and light weight program called gluz that works pretty much the same but better for ne..you can download it from www.soft20.com/download-7-32382.html

I use eMule Plus...it is open source and doesn't come bundled with any spyware or viruses of any kind. Plus, the network it very good...it has never let me down.
