I went on my friend's myspace b/c I know her password, she said it's cool. Well I looked up my ex-boyfriend's email to see if he had one. He does, I accidently added him as a friend which is really bad b/c it's gonna know it's me and we are on horrible terms..long story. But anyway is there any way to undo this???

you can fix this.. IF he hasen't already seen his new friend request from you. Go back into your friends account and from her "home page" go to friend request then from there go to pending request. His picture and name should be there. If so, click cancel request. If not he's already denied you as a friend. and there is nothing more you can do!!

If you were logged in under your friend's profile he'll think the friend request is from her.
