I have about 40 pairs of sneakers, 95 % of the time I wear them without socks. I have 6 pairs of New Balance, a pair of Nike HI-Tops, a pair of Vans, Two Pairs of Chuck Taylors (ONe pair is a yellow pair I got at a garage sale, which are about 20 years old) several pairs of Converse One Stars, and a pair of Converse HI-Tops. Am I considered a "Sneaker Freak"?

No but maybe a braggart. And by the way you should wear socks with your sneakers because they can get very smelly. Especially the ones that you got at the garage sale.
