On MTV's NEXT and Date my Parents shows, are the people reading from cue cards?

Everything they say sounds so scripted as if they are reading it off a cue card or someone. I find it hard to believe that any of them are as witty as they sound.

I really dont know maybe they are because its not like real people would say all those things

Who watches such show anyway, they are just plain pointless!!!

it totaly sounds like they are, would real people really talk like that..I dont think so...
