what I mean is I want to talk to the manager of my Publix about a job, but I'm not sure what to say. I don't know if he is hiring. I have been in the JAC for 7 months. What can I say for him to consider me when he is hiring in the future?

OK so you want to get the job right. You start by getting a resume together. I know you don't have a ton of things to put on it they aren't hard and I sure there is someone who can help you. Be creative remember it show professionalism in the fact that you even put one together at all. Get a good nights sleep, wake up get all spiffed up in your sunday best so to speak and head down there. When you walk in your posture will be noticed. Stand tall and speak clearly and confidently. Even if he is not looking for the position you want thats OK. He can start you in one position and keep reminding him of your intentions to get the job you want. It won't be easy, but you can do it, I know you can. If you didn't really want the job you wouldn't of thought about it enough to get some advice. GOOD LUCK AND EMAIL ME ON HOW IT GOES, I'M EXCITED FOR YOU. patsellskingman@yahoo.com
