Something is rotten in Denmark. I was paying almost 3$ a gallon for gas this summer. The rich get richer and the poor get poorer.

once you are going to boycott particular gasoline stations, do it simply by fact the oil agencies that own them are investment efforts to unfold lies approximately worldwide warming skepticism. Chevron is the worst violator, and that i've got self assurance Exxon is yet another undesirable one. Shell, even nevertheless, is a solid organisation while it includes making an investment in decision gasoline technologies. i could help Citgo if there have been one everywhere around right here, yet I additionally help Shell.

They are global companies who through M&As have grown larger. They are always increasing the level of services they offer such as food, car washes, convenience stores and as they do so they will increases their profits. Stations with a c-store make more profit on a cup of coffee than they do on a gallon of gas.
As these behemoths upgrade their infrastructure their profits will go up. Exxon/Mobil is still reaping the benefits of their synergy.

Since when does our country look down on companies that make money? That's what we're all about. When these companies do well, the average Joe does well because almost everyone has money in the stock market in one way or another.
For most of us, it's only in our retirement accounts, but everyone is effected by the stock market. Do you think that the only poor people during the depression were those that had stocks? Come on...

Exxon made the biggest profit of any company in the History of mankind last year. It begs the question "Why am I paying $3.00 for a f**king gallon of gas while they continue to make astronomical profits?"

Let's talk about profits in terms of profit margin, shall we? The percentage of revenue which is profit is a much more telling statistic than simply dollars and cents. The oil companies average between 7-9 %...like many other industries.
