Goku Hands Down, seriously?!! goku could have beat him from time he turns super sayain, naruto won't be able to touch him. if naruto was in 4-tailed kyuubi mode, it would be closer, but i think oveall, ssj3 goku would overcome that with a kamehameha. also, Spirit Bomb PWNS Rasengan (although we havent seen rasenshuriken's) effects yet.

Naruto for sure! Because of his Kyuubi Chakra, Newly Invented Super Powerful & deadly Jutsus Like Fuuton Rasen Shuiriken & Guufusuika Nojutsu! Some more, Naruto can easily summoned the Gamabunta. Gamabunta is the king of all frogs (almost same size like Goku transfoming into the Big Monkey). He was summoned by the 4th Hokage to battle the Kyuubi before.
P/S : Naruto in 4 tailed conditions is extremely super powerful and I cant Imagine if Naruto can use all the nine tails chakra in the near future. :)
