You need the following HTML Tag:

THE TEXT REPLACEMENT.

Ensure the website is the full http:// heading (i.e full URL)

It depends on the forum. Some use basic HTML, which would be:
clicky text

some use their own form of code, which would probably look like this:
[url="www.linksite.com"]clicky text[/url]

You really need to ask people on the forums about what kind of codes they use. People are always glad to help out.
