How do you apply for scholarship in universities such as MIT and Harvard? From Asia? Someone please help...I need it.

You are correct. In the US, first a student goes to college or university and later, some decide to go to graduate school.

If you are an international student, there are different processes for application, so when you visit the websites of Harvard or MIT or any other university, make sure you look for the forms and other requirements for international students.

You will have to take the SAT, and also the TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) if English is not your first language.

If you are in the US equivalent of High School now, go to any university website and look for an UNDERGRADUATE admission form. Usually, the form is the same for international students.

Don't forget, the Northeast US is cold and full of yankees. I suggest living in the south.

You should check their websites for Admissions and Financial Aid offices. Contact them by e-mail and ask about scholarship opportunities.

School, college, grad school. That's right, but only if you're smart. If you're dumb it either goes school, McDonalds, jail, or school, military, McDonalds, jail...etc.
