Go to http://www.peeonastick.com and they have a whole list of pregnancy tests and shows which is the sensitive.
But i would recommend the brand "Answer" cause it showed i was pregnant 7 full days before my period was even due.
Surprisingly, cheap tests purchased at dollar stores or on the Internet are often more sensitive and reliable than expensive store brands. HPT's are like soda: very cheap to make, and marked up quite a bit for retail.

The first response early result pregnancy test. This test can detect the pregnancy hormone at 15mIU that is about as sensitive as they get right now. Might I suggest waiting to test until the day your period is due because though it says you can test up to five days before a missed period, read the percentage of women that actually get true results. At 5 days before your missed period you have a 69% chance of getting an accurate reading. and I believe a 72% chance at 4 days, 78% at 3 days, 83% at 2 days before your missed period. So just wait it out i know it is hard but there is no need to get a false reading by testing early. Good luck and I hope you get the answer that you want.

if your patient enough, purchase these.
www.early-pregnancy-tests.com
Doctors use them in their offices. and they are only .65 each. You can get 5 or 6 tests and w/ shipping and handling, the total comes out to 10 bucks...the same price for a normal test at the store that requires you to be late before you can test. And it comes pretty fast in the mail.

I think first response, but your chances of a false negative increase with everyday you test before you actually miss your period.
