hey there, those flashy popups are brought by spyware residing on your system. i just had the same problem but you can remove them by downloading a good spyware application and running an update before running a full system scan. i would reccommend ad-aware antispyware from www.download.com/3000-2144-10045910.html or spyware doctor from www.pctools.com/spyware-doctor/download/ but i would roccomend spyware doctor. remember to update before scanning...that would get rid of those annoying pop ups

If you do not know what they are and they just randomly appeared, you have spyware...run the following in safe mode:
