whats a good idea for a website? like a good topic?

I have to make a website for my CS class and I have absolutely no idea what to make it on. I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions or an idea of what people would be into. Please help, post an idea with ur comment not just a "i dont know" or a "do what u want" which im afraid im gonna get, haha. Thanx a bunch :)

I make necklaces from beads so a good site for me would be a site where I'd sell my necklaces. If you are interested in anything particular like history, for instance you could pick a historical event and make your site about that. Maybe you could put people back in the time that the event happened, like a time machine. For instance if you were interested in American history, you could design a site with a storyline that went like this: the people back when this country became independent of Great Britain or England considered themselves good loyal Englishmen. A stableboy wondered (in Philadelphia at the First Continental Congress) why we wanted to leave England and go off on our own so he asks the members of the Continental Congress. He does this as he's getting their horses for them or fixing to put horse in the stall for them. He talks to Thomas Jefferson, George Washington, Richard Henry Lee, and Gouvenor Morris. He decides that the delegates are right in what they want and he decides that he'd like to become an American in a brand new country.

Do it on some programming concept itself, illustrating something new that you can do with a scripting language or asp or whatever. I think that will carry more weight... A topic can be anythign you like.. just for the sake of it.

Well there´s a lot of ideas, from ecological to politics, mine has a beatlemania style but I´ve seen others with even gothic themes, I think there´s no limit to what you can do, think of what you like and and develop the idea.
