How do I upload songs onto my geocites website?

I know where the upload tab is but i don't know what site to use to get songs like 'Don't stand so close to me' by the police for free. could you help please?

thank you Trevor. What sites are best to upload from (could you give an example)? And once i'm on the site how do I find the url for it... do I download to my comp first then upload or just uplode straight from the site?

If it's a Geocities free site then it won't support MP3 files, you'll have to use a midi file instead.

Not used Geocities for years but the upload files option from what I remember is in the File Manager section.
