you're probably a sixe 4 in boys- try them on first of course- It seems the rule of thumb is that womens are 2 sizes larger than boys/men.

Guys are two sizes smaller in a girls shoe. So if you're a 6 in W then you're a 4 in M.

Depends on the shoe company.
Some mans size are womans size +1
Some are womans size +1.5
others are womans size +2
