We could have had Cuba when Teddy Roosevelt was President, but the sugar companies already dominated there. Maybe after Castro dies. Who knows?

As for Mexico, with the Supercorridor in play, who needs to invade? We'll wind up merging soon enough.

Don't you think that we have enough on our plate at this time?
Why would we invade Cuba or Mexico? There would just be more people we would have to provide with security, food, housing, health care etc. Besides, what do they have that we want or need. Find oil or some other resource that we need & we just might go after them. But not until they have something we want & they don't.

Half of the Mexicans and Cubans already live in America, so what we should do is create an army of Mexicans, invade Mexico, then abandon them there. And do the same with the Cubans.
