I've been taking the over-the-counter symptom treatment, but I want to get something that will cure it. And I don't really want to go to a doctor. Can anyone help? Any naturalists out there?

Sulfer (sulpher?) tablets will absolutely do the trick. Follow instructions. Doctor's even now like sulfur but will prescribe anti-biotics (probably because of the strong lobbying that pharma companies do).

You can take a few tablespoons of cider vinegar in 8oz of water every hour. It will change the PH in your body and help it fight the bacteria. I will warn you that it is not very tasty and it will get old quickley. Personally I prefer the Cranberry pills.

I had urinary tract infection many times only remedy works is drink plenty of water no medication is needed if you keep drinking water

I do believe there are cranberry pills available, My mom hates cranberry juice, and takes those instead.

try drinking a lot of beer, lemon grass and american ginseng tea
