You use poor grammar (bad vs. badly?)
You don't capitalize your sentences.
You use periods after two question marks.
You use hyphens inappropriately. ("-help.")
You use incomplete phrases "I think I know all I need to before the tests" should be "I think I know all I need to know before I take the tests."

Just a few ideas. Slow down, be more thorough.

A) Study hard for tests and don't blow off studying to the night before because you will overload your memory and your brain wont remember the things you thought you knew the night before

B) get a good night sleep the night before so that you will wake up more refreshed and your brain will be all re-cahrged for the upcoming test

C) eating a good breakfast will help to give your body and brain the fuel they need to remember the answers and do better.

D) sometimes wearing the right clothes makes all the difference in how you feel and what attitude in when you enter the class room.

Look for better ways to study, do it with someone else (mature) that can watch how you work and see what works,

Also make sure to get regualar sleep patterns which makes a world of a differance,

Outline your books with a highlighter (read the beggining of most on how to study)

Read the books before class and take notes so you already know the lessn and you can use the time to talk to your professor...

Fish oil pills (one every morning) also helps yoru brain learn and such...

dont get to stressed out, be happy!

It is that you have studied the wrong things or you freeze up during tests? Those are two different things. If you are studying the wrong things its time to ask your instructor for some guidance on what to focus on. If you have studied and when you get there its gone, its time to go and take some relaxation and test taking courses.

maybe you are not studying enough.. try studying earlier than your usual habit. And make sure you have enough sleep the night before your exam so that your brain can function properly.

Sometimes people get text anxiety and even though they do well in class, they completely bomb the tests. you might want to check into that.
