It really depends on what you are looking for. Dark chocolate is definately far more healthy a choice, as it has many things that your body needs and is lower in caffeine, but many prefer the taste of milk chocolate. As long as both are used sparingly, enjoy the wonderful taste! Try to get more dark than milk though, for health's sake, then you can even justify eating it because it is "healthy".

Depends on how much, and on what.
Plain Chocolate: Dark, unless theres a LOT of it, then it starts to give me a headache.
Over Stuff, i like milk chocolate...

I love them both, but given a choice I'd pick dark. I don't like white chocolate, though. It doesn't seem like genuine chocolate to me.
