Your question isn't too clear, but I'll try... Also a link to your site and the guy's site would be helpful.

I'm assuming you posted some videos on your website so people could view them while at your site.

Once you put something on the net, for all intents and purposes, you gave it away to anyone who wants to download it. If they download for private use, there is not much you can do to stop that except not post the videos to a website. There are a multitude of programmes which allow surfers to download streaming video, images, and other supposedly protected content.

Now if you can prove ownership of the videos and he has posted them to another website, you can file a complaint and force him (or his host) to remove them, citing copyright infringement. Of course this depends on where he operates from, and where the server is that hosts his website. Some countries will not allow such enforcement.

And I don't know of any code which would allow you to take control of his website and remove the videos yourself....And I doubt if that would be legal for you to do anyway.

You may want to post a response on his website revealing that he has stolen content on his site (if his site allows for such things). And also on your site, you can place a message indicating that his site is infringing on your rights. Truthfully, these actions probably will do nothing unless this person is ignorant of the fact that he's violating your rights.

ADDED THE FOLLOWING...
If he broke into your server and maliciously altered its content, then he has committed a crime. You need to report that. He may be liable for more than just damages to your server, and copyright violation. He actually may have committed a criminal offence.

Sure. All you have to do is pull up the source code (right click and choose view source) and edit it.

Of course, you have to have his password to access the right to post the altered content.

If he stole videos off your page, just change the name of you video. His code won't be updated to you video unless he does it.
