This is a tough one. I need more detail like what's in the dumpster and would it be in one of the warmer months of the year. Also can I take the water out of the tank or does it have to be from the bowl? If the dumpster has like severed heads and body parts in it then I'd pick the toilet water.

Sleep in a clean dumpster or bathe in a clean public toilet. I'd probably rather use Febreeze and baby wipes to stay fresh and live in a cardboard box.

I would have to say bathe with public toilet water. You can flush it and keep it clean, you can also clean the bowl with bleach and other things. The dumpster has too many germs and besides it stinks. Who knows what might be thrown ontop of you in there.
