If you have a CD or DVD burner, burn them onto the CD or DVD. If you don't, you can get free storage in Yahoo, and upload them off your hard disk. You can buy a 1 or 2 Gb flash or thumb drive and offload them that way. As a last resort, delete all of them.

open the folder that you have stored them in, and delete them... or if its all the music or pics you want to get rid of, drag the folder to the recycle box.

Just delete the ones you feel are not nessary anymore, that's what I did yesterday, save the one's you really like :)

sort through the ones you don't want.
also run a defragmentation on it.
