CLINIQUE TAKE THE DAY OFF *BALM*, all the way!!!! i wear the exact same stuff as you: waterproof mascara & MAC Fluidline, and it works like a charm! and we have similar skin: mine is suuuper-sensitive and prone to eczema, rashes, bumps, you name it. Clinique's Take the Day off LIQUID actually gave me irritation. but the BALM in the tub is fabulous. and you don't need harsh paper products to use it, which i love. just gently massage in the balm and it totally melts off the makeup, then rinses clean! i love it, and i love the clean feeling afterward, and knowing i didn't hurt my poor delicate eye skin. :D

Clinique in my opinion. I've never tried Mary Kay, but as far as I know, you can easily get Clinique at almost any Macy's store. But HM? Mary Kay, i don't know you might have to order online. I prefer going out trying on stuffs before buying them & having a talk with an assistant from Clinique would be better, they'll know what's best for your eyes. So Clinique would be the better option

You could always try good ol' vaseline (mild enough for babies). The oldest and best makeup remover. But you have to wash your face really well afterwards or else you will be greasy for days! I have also used this makeup remover from Sally's Beauty Supply that works well too. And it's okay for sensitive skin.
