What all does the Red Mountain campus here in Mesa, az have to offer?
I'm wanting to go there, since i really don't like the Dobson one, and also it's much closer to my home.
or is there any other Community Colleges East of MCC?

You can check out Chandler Community College. Other than that, MCC is the fathest East.
Usually, Red Mountain offers most of the classes that the main campus offers. If you get a general catalog for the college it will give you more information. In their class schedule they will also list which courses will be available at the Red Mountain campus.
Just keep in mind that you may need to go to the Dobson campus for some of your lab courses, since the Red Mountain campus doesn't have a lab facility...at least they didn't when I was there. :-)
