peeked at the test in the trash and saw a faint pos. or maybe it was an evap i dont know i had a funny period this month so im wondering if maybe i am now , but the test didnt show pos until a day later or maybe a couple hours i dont know anybody have a similar expierience and were you preggers ?

I have had that experience too. I wasn't pregnant so I figure it was the evaporation line. But the line appeared the next day and upon retest it was negative and then a few days later my cycle started.
I would wait a couple of days and retest and use that result.

YES!! I took a test just last week and NOTHING showed up no lines what so ever. I waited like an hour and still nothing. I figured that maybe i just didnt pee enough on the stick and threw the test away when I went to sleep. The next morning I happened to just peek at it in the trash and there was the plus sign that I was preganant. I immediately went out and bought another digital test and it read pregnant almost immediately after peeing on it. I have a doctors appointment this Monday.

Well U Should Wait Up to An Hour To Get The Results.And U Didnt Get It Till The Next Day Correct?Plus U Alredy Started Menstruation So Dont Worry About It Most Likely U Are Not.

Any line after 10 minutes is an evaporation line meaning a negative so re-test and do not look at the results past 10 minutes.

Never read a test after 10 minutes... trust me I have a lot of times I have looked later and seen a line.

I would just take another test cause there is that percentage that it could be wrong maybe the test you got was a defect so I would just try another one or go and get blood work done that will be better good luck to you.

i took an ept and the positive line was so faint. after i peeked an hour later, the positive was gone. it said negative.
So i took it again that night and it was a definite positive. I would say take another one.

same thing happened to me i take one test and it came back positive then wanted to double check and the 2nd test wasn't coming up at all then i looked at 5-10 min later and it was positive i am now 17 weeks pregnant

you can't go off of a day old test. you are supposed to disregard any answers after like 15 to 30 minutes. Sorry ... keep trying. If you still think your pregnant retest.

u can count on result appearing within five minutes,the rest could be false,but the same thing happen to me and i was pregnant,so test again,good luck
