My husband has been on worker's comp the whole year. I don't know if they take taxes out on that or not, he doesn't really get a paycheck stub. How is this going to effect doing our taxes? This is the first year I've done them, and I don't want to screw up! lol. Do they usually take taxes out of WC, or do I just not have to worry about it?

workmans comp is an insurance and there for not subject to taxes

they don't take out taxes, you have to pay the taxes on it yourself...at least that's how it is in NE
