This government has its own agenda. There wouldn't be people starving in this country, lacking healthcare, continued suffering in New Orleans or soldiers dying for another country's civil war if this government put its citizens best interest first.

They do not work in my best interest at all. I am a small business owner who has to deal with ever increasing taxes, fees and regulations all while never receiving any increased services or benefits. They use my money to pander to special interest groups to buy votes because as a white male I've had it too easy. I hate to break this to all the oppressed, I have had to work my *** off my whole life to make a successful business that has provided good paying jobs with benefits to people of all races who are willing to get out and work. The government should not be making it harder to succeed.

I have never felt that the govt has the country's best interests in mind. One party is as bad as another.

Who would believe that government works for the people? Nobody.

You have to give a little, so that you can take a lot. That said, the government gives a little, so you are fooled to thinking they care, then they blind fold you and steal your wallet.

We are like the cow farm, they have to feed us and give us minimal space to move around in. they make a little off of each head.

Being a middle class American in the 50-70,000 income bracket...I feel as though they do not care about me nor do they care about others that are middle class as well.
They care about their rich friends (conservatives)
They care about special interest groups (liberals)
Neither one of them gives two squirts of pee about me.
