Your options are;
Get another job.
Negotiate a pay rise.
Perform badly so that your pay matches your performance
If you are being paid less than other people in the same job, go to your union rep, or if you are in a non-unionised industry, your professional body or local citizens advice bureau. You could have a case against your employer.
