You can also try Humane Society. You might even be able to buy all the things needed to keep a guinea pig there for much less than at stores. (cage etc.)

Kidnap a child, they give more accurate results than guinea pigs... just kidding of course. The pet shop seems to be the easiest and safest way.

If you are kid ask mom and dad if u can have guinea pig? If u are a audult go to a pet store and ask one of the empoyees about them. They can give u some helpful information such as how to raise them.

You can get them in most pet stores, but they make the worst pets. They stink. They show no love or affection. And they poop little hard droplets everywhere.
The only reason I would buy one is so that I can watch it get eaten by my snake.
