Taylor managed to get Ryan & his dad together and in the process,learned about his"secret"affair with Julie. Ryan & Taylor played Cupid to get Frank & Julie together while Kaitlin schemed to get her mother with Bullit. Just when Kaitlin thought she had succeeded,a disguised Taylor drove Julie to the hot dog stand where Frank was waiting. Frank told Julie how he felt and presented her a promise ring. But Kaitlin showed up in another limo. Julie told Frank she was sorry,but her daughter loved Bullit,even if she didn't. Then she left. While all of this was happening,Seth & Summer were wondering about their destiny after a psychic told Summer she was destined to be with"George". George turned out to be a synomon for an enviromental group. Also, Kirsten had flashbacks to her high school days when she was dating Jimmy Cooper and the "life-changing "decision she made. Later, Julie returned to the hot dog stand and told Frank she had a craving for a corn dog. Ryan & Taylor left them alone and the episode ended with Frank & Julie holding hands.

TAYLOR SOME HOW GOT RYAN AND HIS DAD TO HAVE DINNER TOGETHER WITH HER. WHILE AT DINNER, THEY SEE JULIE. THAT IS WHEN TAYLOR AND RYAN REALIZE THAT FRANK IS IN LOVE WITH JULIE. THEY TRY TO GET HER TO HAVE VALENTINE'S DAY DINNER WITH HIM INSTEAD OF WITH BULLET. KAITLIN HEARS THEIR PLAN AND TRIES TO RUIN IT SO JULIE WILL BE WITH THE BULLET ON VALENTINES. SHE ENDS UP WITH FRANK. SUMMER AND SETH SEE A PSYCHIC WHICH TELLS SUMMER THAT HER AND SETH AREN'T SOUL MATES. THAT MAKES SUMMER THINK. EVERYTHING THAT THE PSYCHIC SAID CAME TRUE. SETH NOW HAS TO PROVE THAT HIM AND SUMMER ARE MEANT FOR EACH OTHER. KIRSTEN IS HAVING FLASHBACKS ABOUT WHEN HER AND JIMMY WERE DATING. WHEN HER AND SANDY GO OUT FOR DINNER SHE TELLS HIM A SECRET (DON'T REALLY KNOW WHAT IS WAS).

Some guy was doing PCP so the FBI and the CIA put out an APB on them, ASAP. The guy OD'd and when they got him to the ER he was DOA.
