If you think that Bush is a terrorist, then you have an awfully lot to learn. Learn the meaning of the word terrorist .
I'm sure glad we didn't ask the UN for anything. The UN is capable of doing one thing - - talk and talk and talk and talk.
You see explosion and blood in Iraq. If you want that to stop, get the Iraqis to stop blowing each other to bits. Not one in three hundred is killed by an American.
Saddam was tried by the Iraqi government. The was found guilty by the Iraqi government, according to Iraqi law. He was hanged by the Iraqi government. Bush or evyone else had nothing to do with it.
You're right about one thing, Saddam was about seventy years old - - whatever that has to do with it.
Bush hasn't killed anyone. The Iraqis are killing each other. You, I or Bush can do nothing about it.
No Bush should not be hanged, but guys like you who go around shooting off their big yappers without knowing what they're talking about, would look great dangling on a rope.

You clearly need to pull you head out of the sand (or wherever else you are keeping it).

No country needs the "Permission" of the UN to act in what they believe to be their national best interest.

I don't believe that Saddam requested UN permission when he invaded Kuwait, nor did he request permission to kill thousands of his own people simply because they opposed his rule.

Like it or not, the current Iraqi administration was created through a democratic process. It is the Muslim extremists as well as other "insurgents" that have a vested interest in giving the US a black eye that continue to perpetuate the bloodshed. American troops are not the ones blowing themselves up in public places.

Americans did not hang Saddam. He was tried and convicted in an Iraqi court of law, and his sentence was carried out by Iraqis. Ironically, the system of procedures used in his conviction were largely the same ones that were used under Saddam's regime.

And no, I don't agree with you.

We don't need permission from the UN to go to war. They have no control over anything. They are just a group of 192 nations that have agreed to meet & talk about things. But each nation goes it's own way. Yes, they can either sanction or reproach but that is meaningless. By the way, we did not kill Saddam, his own people did that for his crimes against the people of Iraq.
We can't hang a President that was given permission by our Congress to do as he pleases. He pleased to start a war. Either take back that power or live with what the representitives we elected are not willing to do.

All the US did was capture Saddam and turn him over. He was tried and convicted by their own courts, not the US. Bush is not a terrorist and he did not invade Iraq without permission. He went in with full Senate approval.

Saddam paid for his war crimes against the slaughter of his countrymen; but he had them murdered, they didn't die in a war. If you don't see humanity in Bush, that's your problem. He's trying to bring democracy to a country who suffered under Saddam and see that everyone lives in peace. Insurgents are not normal people. Do you see our military blowing themselves up and killing hundreds of people by strapping bombs to themselves?

NO, I don't agree with you. You're talking like a spoiled child who cannot have his way. Everyone wants peace and we all want out boys to come home. With an attitude such as you have, you do not deserve the freedom of America.

I'm not sure how you figure he didn't have "permission" from the UN. First of all, the UN is not the boss of the United States. It is up to us to protect us. The UN is funded almost solely by the US, so to think they can tell us what to do, is a joke. But if that is the route you want take, your argument still holds no water...

At the end of Operation Desert Storm, there were resolutions drawn up by the UN, between the US and Iraq. Those resolutions said that the US had every legal right to verify that Iraq was not creating or harboring weapons of mass destruction. Those same resolutions (there were 14 of them) stated that if Iraq did not allow the US to verify this information, than the US would be able to use force to verify for ourselves. This was a legal document, drawn up by the United Nations, saying that we had every right to invade Iraq if they did not allow us to verify that they were not creating or harboring WMD's. It was not up to us to legally prove that they had them, it was up to Iraq to prove this. Iraq did everything they could to keep us out, so we did everything in our legal right with the United Nations, to make sure they didn't have them.

Get your facts straight!

You need a heavy dose of reality. And why the hell do we need "permission" from the U.N. for anything?!?!? are you kidding me?
For all you people who compare Bush to Hitler.... Look, I am not the biggest Bush supportor in the world, I like some things he has done, and dislike some things... but gimme a break with the Hitler stuff. All you do when you make statements like that is show your ignorance of history. It's just ridiculous.

Talk about having your head in the sand, worse off? I see you listen to CNN. Those people are way better off than before, new schools, new libraries, new hospital's, better infrustructure, open air market, more businesses, even night life in Mosul until midnight, no sadistic dictator, free elections first time ever, and on and on. What we have done is provided them with the opportunity for freedom and a democracy, what they do with it is not up to us, but them! What I am ashamed of is people like you!

The UN is an advisory commission and does not dictate the individual affairs of a sovereign nation. Besides, the US acted in accordance with no less than 57 UN resolutions authorizing action. The UN didn't have the resolve to stand behind their own resolutions, but the US did.

First of all, we don't need UN approval to defend our national interests. Also, check your facts. Americans did not hang Sadaam. Iraqis did after a trial where he had representation. Why don't you ask an Iraqi who had relatives killed by Sadaam in wood chippers or with nerve gas about humanity.

Twisted individual . Listen man, Iraq executed Saddam, not us. 17 UN Resolutions led to the Iraqi war . Dems and Reps BOTH voted for it . You only see what you're willing to see . Try watching a new news channel and you'll see many successes .
