I'm a junior in college, haven't had a frien since highschool, don't know how to make friends. I spend my time at school waiting to go home, and then waiting for bed. Then the next day is the same...

Start talking to people. If some one drops their books pick them up and start a conversation. Do little things, you will be surprised how easy it is to make friends. Good luck!

Honestly I wish I had no friends when I was in college so I would have graduated. But if you want to make friends find something on campus that intrests you and go meet people. Join a club or something those are ways to meet people then all you have to do is be pleasing to be around and have something to offer a group in the form of entertainment (be funny, nice, have snappy comebacks, dont be rude and crude etc. etc.) Junior colleges are melting pots everyone just kind of finds similar minded people and they kind of flock together. Don't be scared of these flocks instead mingle with them see if you can find a topic of conversation with one and possibly have a good time even if it doesn't produce buddies don't be discouraged if you don't find your place right off cause no one does.
Study buddies can be fast friends too. Everyone likes someone they can learn with and not feel intimidated or like you are being used as a crutch to get the other person through class.

Do you have a class that you're getting a "C" in? Is a tutoring or extra help group offerred for it? Start going. It will be small, and you will have the chance to talk to a few people, maybe become friendly if you'r walking the same way to your transportation afterwards, discuss the problem, the teacher, the room, the landscaping, the weather....
Are you a straight "A" student"? Free Tutors are a blessing! Give to the universe and it will give back to you when you aren't looking.

Go to the gym. Your school does have a gym right? When i was in college i met a lot of people there. Not to mention pick up chicks and get rippppped... like Jesus.

Join some kind of special interest group, ask if someone wants to go to lunch together after class, just put yourself out there!

when you go into class, lean over to the person next to you and ask to borrow a pencil or pen. then instoduce yourself. good luck!

be yourself dont try to act like that person so they can be cool with you but start smiling at people and thats how many peopel know you are friendly then they will come over and introduce they self or you can come over and introduce yourself!

My heart goes out to you. it takes time to get to know people. what you have to do is slowly step out your comfort zone and slowlly talk to people who you meet each day and slowly form a realtionship. it takes time .
