You have to do an interview before you are accepted in pharmacy school. The questions are pretty standard. Why pharmacy? Why this school? Can you describe a stressful situation?

You mean as part of the process to be admitted into pharmacy school? They ask the typical stuff. Why you want to be a pharmacist, strengths and weaknesses. Typical interview questions.
They didn't ask my wife (she's a pharmacist) any drug interaction questions or technical things like that. They don't expect you to know that stuff yet.

the telephone show screen isn't a real interview. that's a fashion for the hiring supervisor to rapidly weed out potential applicants. Asking approximately advantages is definitely irrelevant for the duration of the telephone show screen. you would be invited for a head to head interview in case you pass the telephone show screen with flying colorings. earnings and advantages would be defined to you provided that they are heavily thinking you. you will screw your self out of the interest in case you come throughout as too needy and annoying. remember that it is not approximately what the organisation can do for you.
