He's a practical person and wouldn't like things like flowers or anything ( I don't think most guys would).. any help would be appreciated...

Make him his favorite meal then how about gettin some nightware, if you know what I mean, and make that be your gift to him. You might turn him on to Valentines day. Your sure to turn him onto something. The way to a mans heart is thru his stomach and his you know what.

I've heard guys really like beer, food, sports, and sex.
If you could combine all of these at once it would probably be the best present ever.

Do something with him that you normally don't want to do... don't buy a gift, I think thats such a hype. Show him that you love him and make his day very special. that will mean much more to him than if you go buy something.
