Although a foot rub administered with a moderate amount of pressure can be soothing and somewhat sleep inducing, if the someone doing the rubbing uses his or her thumb, applying pressure to the "heart" of the foot, it can be an incredible turn on!

Totally depends on the setting and mood. The last foot rub I got went all the way up my leg, so that one was a major turn on.

Usually it relaxes me so that I can go to sleep; but it also turns me on! So before we go to sleep we have sex; then I'm REALLY relaxed!
