I am doing a persuasive essay on pollution, and i figured this would be the best place to get people's opinions on pollution. tell me if you think we should do something about it, or anything at all.

that its really stupid and we all need to use less nonrenewable sources, so there wouldnt be so much trash. also, try not just throwing toxic chemical wastes into the trash can at your home, i heard especially batteries.

People should stop littering and spitting on the sidewalks. People should be careful of air pollution from factories. People should walk instead of driving a car just to go down a few blocks.

Does a baby want to lie in a crib full of vomit, as his own diaper overflows with feces and urine?
The human population tends to forget that we're doing this to ourselves...we're creating a dangerous, unhealthy environment where dirty air causes breathing problems, the ground is too spent to grow food and the water is too filthy to drink, let alone support fish.
Last time I checked, there are no other planets to take a rocket and leave this place.
So we best be looking at ways to improve upon what we have and if not for us then for future generations.

do something about it cuz it is affecting global warming. It is dangerous for people to breathe in. Pollutants can cause diseases, including cancer, lupus, immune diseases, allergies, and asthma. contaminated aircan kill many organisms including humans.Ozone pollution can cause respiratory disease, cardiovascular disease, throat inflammation, chest pain and congestion. Water pollution causes about 14,000 deaths per day, mostly due to contamination of drinking water by untreated sewage in developing countries. oil spills causes irritation or rashes. sources of pollution such as nuclear power plants or oil tankers, can produce widespread hazardous releases when accidents occur.
