does anyone know where i can get disney's live action version of robin hood?

The only Disney version of Robin Hood that I found was the animated version. There are two collector copies available at Amazon.com. There are also quite a few other versions of Robin Hood available. Maybe the one you are looking for wasn't made by Disney. People often think a family oriented movie is a Disney movie.
If you knew who was in the movie, it would make it easier to track down. The title might not be Robin Hood. Sean Connery and Audrey Hepburn made Robin and Marian which was about Robin Hood and Maid Marian. There was also Men in Tights, which was another Robin Hood movie.

Are you talking about the live action Robin Hood movie about his daughter called Princess of Thieves, because I can't find a Disney live action titled Robin Hood. Other films that are not disney might be Robin Hood: Men in Tights or Robin Hood Prince of Thieves (Kevin Kostner) or The Adventures of Robin Hood (Erol Flynn).
