Depends--what kind of food you like?
I've really enjoyed eating at Da Lat (vietnamese next to Peet's)
Silk Road (on Main St)
CrepeVine (also on Main Street)
I heard Va de Vi was good, though never been there...Lark Creek was also good and of course there's Il Fornaio but it's a little too boring there for my tastes..

well just outside of Walnut Creek is Left Bank In pleasant Hill....great French food! Va de Vi is good too, Scott's is nice, Vic Stewarts is very yummy

I've been wondering the same thing. I just moved to Walnut Creek about 4 months ago. I've heard that Mccovey's is good.

For seafood, try Scott's Seafood. For steak, Vic Stewart's.
