I'm also not certain if you are wanting to travel to Disney or live in the area and are looking for a local travel agent.
Either way, my suggestion would be an online agency. Year ago I used a local agent but I was never very happy with the service, knowledge, etc. that they offerred. I found an online agent aa couple of years ago and they have been wonderful, very helpful with questions, fast, speedy, great service, etc. I couldn't ask for a better agent.
So my recommendation would be to go with an online agent, if you don't mind working on computer. I have found, in my experience, that they are more knowledgeable.
If you want to stick with an agent in person, my only suggestion is to stay away from AAA. I cannot tell you the nightmares I have had using them and some of the problems friends and family had. Just be sure to get someone that knows your destination well and will be able to provide you the most service, and especially one that is reliable.

Are you looking to go TO Disney. Or do you live near Disney and want a travel agent to send you somewhere else?
I've never used them, but here EXCELLENT things about Dream Come True Vacations for travel to Disney (or on a Disney cruise line). They are, however, located in NJ. So, if what you want is someone physically in Orlando, this won't work for you.
