I heard of a very good orphanage where they will try to place all three children together if anyone is interested, but why dont you just bring them down there with you? did your husband have to take a big paycut?

As is typical in many old Southern cities, inner neighborhoods are very mixed up, very good neighborhoods can have bad neighborhoods a couple of blocks away, and there is extensive Suburbs that are more uniform but a long drive in nasty traffic. South on I-95 or west on I-10 is where everything is moving.
Punta Vedra Beach is great if you can spend a million on up on a house, otherwise your pocket will dictate.

Orange Park is in the southern part of J-ville.
If he is Navy and stationed @ Mayport, try to get on base. Even though it's close to the beach it's a questionable neighborhood.
