No he quit after "Trapped in the Closet" (he was a scientolgist) in the episode "Chef returns" Chefs voice was created by useing words from the other epidsodes.

As long as he is aScientologist, he'll never be back. He also said recently that he quit because they weren't paying him enough money and "they weren't very nice." Personally, I find both statements very hard to believe.
