Sounds like you are bored and/or not getting enough sleep. Are you at college or high school or middle school?

First- take a look at your sleeping patterns. How much sleep are you getting? When do you usually wake up if you didn't need to go to school? What time do you usually go to bed?

Second- depending on what kind of school you are going to depends on what you can do.
If you are in college- see about rearranging your schedule to where you have less classes or classes later in the day.
Are you working? If you are in high school and working sometimes it can be difficult. Maybe try cutting back on your hours at work (even 5 hours less can make a difference)
Talk to your parents and/or your school conselor. You obviously want to succeed. See what you can work out so that you can be successful.

You're not managing your time well. If you get a lot of sleep and you're still tired in the morning, then you need more excercise. Also, you might not be eating enough breakfast-this has a huge impact on how alert you will be all day.

Your sleep should always be 6 or 9 hours, and waking up in between can interrupt your sleep cycles, making you drowsy.

When you go to class, after you find out the topic, write 2-3 questions about the topic that interest you. Listen during class, and take notes. If your teacher doesn't answer your questions, ask them at the end.

This helps your brain to be more active during the lessons.

You remind me of me. Train yourself to keep your eyes open even when you are sleeping.
1. Prop your forehead with one hand on your desk and pretend to write.
2. put a book in your lap and pretend to read
3. Look at the teacher ,prop your chin with your hand, elbow on desk, keep your eyes open stare past the teacher, and snooze.

Some classes dont allow you the luxury of napping in the class. Find the teachers who teach those classes. Sign up for them.

i hate to be rude but if you are sleeping through your classes you need more sleep during the night or less meds to do whatever you are doing because you are crashing at the wrong times and that could be lethal if it happens at the wrong time(s) i hope you get better and more proficient in your ways

attempt putting one authentic next on your head. in case you get away from mattress to close then off, then do not pass back to mattress. not sleep and prepare for sophistication. in case you have a roommate, have them wake you up. in case you have not have been given one then possibly attempt having a chum who wakes up on the same time are available and wake you up. you're in basic terms a heavy sleeper.

Sit in the front or ask to sit in the front. Its a little easier to pay attention and easier for the teacher to notice you.
