Connect Samsung M500 to PC or Mac?

I have the M500 cell phone from Sprint. When I connect the USB cable the wizard cannot find the connection software. The phone does not include a CD. The Sprint website offers several connection software but I don't know which one is the one I want. All I need is to download stuff to and from my phone.
Does anyone out there know what to do...?

There is a software disc from Samsung called the Samsung PC Studio. It is matched to the phone you have. Go to Samsung's website and try to order it, or search online for a 3rd party company to buy it from.
