I guess only seeing your side is a way to make yourself feel righteous.

Is Biden a bigot no, is he a moron yes. I think he did not mean it to sound the way it did, however liberals blew what Trent Lott said way out of proportion and his comment was far less inflammatory. So don't act all surprised that we make fun of Biden, hes an idiot deal with it. Also I see far more liberal bashing of Conservatives than the other way around on Yahoo answers.

Big difference between Racial Heritage and Political Affiliation . BIG .
Having said that, I think Joe does have an inherent racial bias . The entire Democratic Party has been dragging black people down for decades . Social programs that do nothing but CREATE more social programs . Eventually ANY person or race would be dragged into RELIANCE rather than self achievement and success . There seems to be a change though in the past decade . Long way to go, but I think the black people will be leaving the Democratic ranks in larger numbers as time goes by .
EDIT* - I see that 'moltar' posted a nearly identical evaluation . Go 'Moltar' .

Are you trying defend Biden's stupid remark by saying that conservatives are bigots? Your question does not make any sense. It also demonstrates how crazy it is to resort to name calling instead of debating issues rationally.

Since when does bigotry apply to political slant? It doesn't. Bigotry applies to the idea that every person of a given ethnic or racial makeup is alike. Big difference.
Biden is clearly a bumlbing bigot at worst. Hillary is falling off her chair laughing since he successfully imploded his campaign one day after declaring his candidacy.

Not from that quote anyway. That was just a case of hoof in mouth disease. He opened his mouth before fully engaging his brain.
Biden has several more lessons to learn before he graduates from the Dan Quayle school of speech making.
Not that it isn't a hoot to poke fun at him anyway...

i understood what he meant, but the bigger issue is this: if a republican would have said that, there would be hell to pay. liberals get a pass on saying things like that because they support the black LEADERSHIP agenda (jackson, sharpton, etc). for christ's sake they have a former klan member in their party and he gets a pass every day that he remains a senator.

Biden is a bigot, and not just for these recent words. Look at his history.

I think most white liberals are racist. If not directly like Senator Byrd, indirectly by their thinking that Black people are incapable of getting ahead in America without Government help.
