Man! So sorry to hear that , i feel for ya. Here's some things you can do other than wait for the police to follow up. 1. Enter the words 'Stolen Motorcycle Database' in any searchbox such as Yahoo - etc. Go to every link you can find that will let you list the bikes vin # and enter all your info in all the sites. 2. Call every bike shop within a radius of the Tucson area (or visit shops if you like) and give them the info so they can keep a look out , the thiefs may try to unload it at a dealer or shop. 3. don't forget about pawnshops also , most have a "hot sheet" or can access stolen merchandise lists , but some are also not picky about stuff they take in ie: offering a low pawn value for merchandise or vehicles with no documentation. 4. Put some flyers up with a photo of the bike (if you have one - or get one that looks similar) and offer a small reward - there is no honor among thieves and someones buddy may be inclined to rat them out if they are going to get something out of it. I don't know where your bike is - sorry, but you can post information for free at the site listed below. You can post on the bulletin board or the blog. I know it's a popular site, and there are numerous police postings on it, so you might get lucky - someone may have seen it or know something. Again - sorry - that sucks!
