I burned a video on a DVD, and the DVD is now DVD-Video with the AUDIO_TS and VIDEO_TS subfolders. The video plays on my computer on Windows Media Player, but not on my DVD Player. It is a DVD-R. The video is not encrypted and I repeat the video plays on my computer.

If you have an older DVD player, it might not support DVD-R discs. If this is the case, try using DVD+R.
