The task of securing our own borders would be comparatively easier than regulating the whole world - all of Africa, the middle east, and Asia - for finding and eliminating terrorists.

Its really like $170 Billion with the 'emergency spending' for this year. I don't think any other country in the whole world would think it is reasonable to outlay this kind of debt for the potential return.
