Too much sleep Aid?

For the past couple of nights I have had insomnia and have used Tylenol pm to help me fall asleep. For those couple of nights I have used it I have had pretty intense death dreams do you think the sleep aid is to blame?

Awfull dreams is because maybe you have not gotten good rest. Try to relax during the day. Make sure you get enough sleep too!

they dont make you have those dreams, you would most likely have them if you wouldnt have taken the pills, but since you cant ever sleep, then you dont have the dreams.
