I would pick Helen Reddy, Cher and keep Simon - but he has to be a little nicer....

Paul Simon, Sinead O'Connor, Bette Midler, Michael Bolton, and James Blunt.
Simon can be replaced quite easily by ANY other living body. His rudeness, sarcasm, and manners need a major overhaul.

I'd enjoy seeing Gene Simmons as a judge. I don't care who he replaces. But I think I'd like to keep Simon.
