I am currently debating between buying a used (2002 or 2003) Toyota Rav4, Honda CrV, Suzuki Grand Vitara, or Saab (random I know, but a dream car and great in snow with good tires!). Any suggestions on these cars or which one is best for my dollar? I want to spend about $15,000 after all taxes and interest, so I'm figuring about a $10,000 base price for the car.

Saab is just a badge engineered GM. The RAV or CRV are the best of those choices.

I'd go with the Rav 4 out of this list...or a new Scion...under 15k

"which one is best for my dollar"

Forget the Saab and the Suzuki, and your money will be well spent.
