The Hills Have Eyes, i usually watch horror movies with total detachment, this one however hit a spot in me and because i hadn't seen the original i thought the older sister was gonna be the hero the way she was portrayed, and when she took that bullet to the head i loved the let down
Hostel has to be the other, the emotional roller coaster of those boys i pure and absolute young man heaven lifting them higher and higher and soon as they whee at the peak the floor dropped out from under them, well done

The Texas Chainsaw Massacre: The Beginning! This is the only movie I have closed my eyes in. Very scary.

I don't have a favorite, but I have a least favorite. The Texas Chainsaw Massacre - The Beginning. It was really horrible.
